What is the main cause of frequent earthquake in Nepal ?

Earthquakes are usually caused when rock underground suddenly breaks along a fault. This sudden release of energy causes the seismic waves that make the ground shake. When two blocks of rock or two plates are rubbing against each other, they stick a little. They don't just slide smoothly; the rocks catch on each other. The rocks are still pushing against each other, but not moving. After a while, the rocks break because of all the pressure that's built up. When the rocks break, the earthquake occurs. During the earthquake and afterward, the plates or blocks of rock start moving, and they continue to move until they get stuck again. The spot underground where the rock breaks is called the focus of the earthquake. The place right above the focus (on top of the ground) is called the epicenter of the earthquake.

On April -25,2015 in Nepal, a chunk of rock about 9 miles below the earth’s surface shifted, unleashing a shock wave described as being as powerful as the explosion of more than 20 thermonuclear weapons that ripped through the Katmandu Valley. In geological terms, the tremor occurred like clockwork, 81 years after the
region’s last earthquake of such a magnitude, in 1934. Records dating to 1255 indicate the region known as the Indus-Yarlung suture zone experiences a magnitude-8 earthquake approximately every 75 years, according to a report by Nepal’s National Society for Earthquake Technology. The reason is the regular movement of the fault line that runs along Nepal’s southern border, where the Indian subcontinent collided with the Eurasia plate 40 million to 50 million years ago.
“The collision between India and Eurasia is a showcase for geology,” said Lung S. Chan, a geophysicist at the University of Hong Kong. The so-called India plate is pushing its way north toward Asia at a rate of about 5 centimeters, or 2 inches, a year, he said. “Geologically speaking, that’s very fast.” As the plates push against each other, friction generates stress and energy that builds until the crust ruptures, said Dr. Chan, who compared the quake to a thermonuclear weapons explosion. In the case of Saturday’s quake, the plate jumped forward about 2 meters, or 6.5 feet, said Hongfeng Yang, an earthquake expert at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Saturday’s quake was also relatively shallow, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Such quakes tend to cause more damage and more aftershocks than those that occur deeper below the earth’s surface. After an earthquake, the plates resume moving and the clock resets. “Earthquakes dissipate energy, like lifting the lid off a pot of boiling water,” said Dr. Chan. “But it builds back up after you put the lid back on.”

Nepal is prone to destructive earthquakes, not only because of the massive forces involved in the tectonic collision, but also because of the type of fault line the country sits on. Normal faults create space when the ground cracks and separates. Nepal lies on a so-called thrust fault, where one tectonic plate forces itself on top of another. The most visible result of this is the Himalayan mountain range. The fault runs along the 1,400-mile range, and the constant collision of the India and Eurasia plates pushes up the height of the peaks by about a centimeter each year.
Despite the seeming regularity of severe earthquakes in Nepal, it isn’t possible to predict when one will happen. Historic records and modern measurements of tectonic plate movement show that if the pressure builds in the region in a way that is “generally consistent and homogenous,” the region should expect a severe earthquake every four to five decades, Dr. Yang said. The complexity of the forces applying pressure at the fault means scientists are incapable of predicting more than an average number of earthquakes that a region will experience in a century, experts say. The earth’s tectonics plates are constantly in motion. Some faults release built-up stress in the form of earthquakes. Others release that energy quietly. “Some areas, like Nepal, release energy as a large earthquake, once in a while,” said Dr. Chan. “These regions all have different natures for reasons geologists don’t really know.”

Every Darkness Has a Light, Stay strong we will bounce back

The digester complete destroy our country, not only the country it destroy our heart as well as the soul. Our small nation, already crippled by poverty, dirty politics, corruption and what not, got struck by the biggest earthquake in 80 years that severely damaged not just the monuments, houses and buildings but also the hearts and emotions of millions of Nepalese both in and out of the country. There is sadness, there are tears, there is despair, and everything looks black and bleak. There are dark clouds over our skies, even literally! And no one knows what’s going to happen next.
The answer, though, is pretty simple. Only two things can happen next. Things can go worse or better.  The earthquake’s aftershocks might continue for a while but it won’t be as large as the main quake. So, things will not go worse through nature; where it can go wrong, however, is through us, human beings. Taking advantage of this panic situation, some people with no empathy for sufferers or gratitude for being alive themselves, could loot, rob, rape, burgle and I don’t know what!! I already heard about a few shopkeepers hiking the price of daily necessities. According to a facebook friend, the price of a packet of milk was hiked by more than 400%. And there are a few frauds collecting donations to feed themselves!

But this scenario of things getting worse seems very unlikely. The number of people with such inhuman character is pretty low. Police are working hard. Youths are working hard. But most importantly, common people in such a state of grief are very powerful and ruthless. They could punish any wrongdoers so severely that it defies belief. All the sadness and anger against nature and suffering could be outpoured over you, if you are the wrongdoer! So people with intention of wrongdoing, be aware! Everyone just needs an excuse at the moment to outpour their pent up emotions of sadness, suffering and resentment. You do one stupid thing and you will face the severest punishment at the hands of people! No chances for wrongdoing here mate! People might be sad and weak but they have their blood boiling!!
The second scenario is things getting better, which is the most likely scenario to happen. Yes, it has been a terrible experience. Yes, we all feel sad and hopeless. But there are a lot of positives to be derived from this seemingly bleak tragedy.

This tragedy has filled me with rays of hope and optimism. It is very difficult for people who have lost their near and dear ones, and people who have suffered a heavy damage to bear this unfortunate catastrophe. It breaks our hearts to watch just the videos staying abroad and be able to do nothing except donate and collect donations. But still, despite all these, I see some rays of optimism which I want to share.
Changes never happen easy. It always takes a huge disaster to bring out the change, be it at personal or national level. We have heard of people changing the course of lives at moments of great tragedy. People assuming greatness after their heart has so severely damaged that nobody else could seen anything good coming out of it. But people seem to perform best at such tragic moments. When everything is lost, when there is nothing left to cling for, you either perish or rise like a phoenix. We haven’t perished. So we will rise. That’s for sure. It’s all dark and black at the moment. There are a lot of dark clouds hovering Nepalese sky at the moment, even literally on top of the quakes. But if we can be certain of anything, it’s only that there will be sunrise tomorrow. Maybe not tomorrow, but definitely the day after. It may take time but the sun will definitely rise. Clouds cannot remain forever. But the sun is always there.
Why am I so hopeful? What are the signs of optimism that I noticed?
This earthquake has brought all us Nepalese together. Nepalese all over the world have joined hands to support at this time of crisis. We did not discriminate based on location, gender, caste and creed. Everybody is joining hands and doing everything they can to support and protect their fellow citizens. Not just their loved ones!! All Nepalese have become one single family. My friends who never prepared a cup of tea for himself is now distributing foods for people he never saw before. People who used to fight over hundred rupees are now donating hundreds of dollars for earthquake victims. Nepalese living abroad have raised unbelievably significant amount of donations. Students on loan, daily workers who are working abroad to free their mortgage back home, have contributed unbelievable sum. They have cried together. This unity, this compassion, frankly I had never noticed before among ourselves.
We are taking responsibilities on our own shoulders!! It’s very surprising that our so called great political leaders are silent at such moments. I might be mistaken but I didn’t hear any party announcing any financial donations. I am sure all three major parties have millions in their account, which they could have used at this moment. But they never see an opportunity to serve! It could have been a wonderful opportunity for any political party to assume leadership and win hearts! But the leaders are themselves hiding, I guess. Nevertheless, people are assuming their own responsibilities. We didn’t wait for a leader. Everyone, in fact, has become a leader, a hero of their own! Isn’t it a very pleasing thing that we Nepalese had already collected significant donations even before the PM fund was announced? We didn’t wait for any instructions. Everyone did what they could from where they could. This unity, this sense of assuming responsibilities is laudable and inspiring. Youths in Nepal have always had a tainted image from their elder counterparts, with their reputation ranging from unstudious, irresponsible, bike-fanatic, insincere, womanizer to even drug addicts , collectively referred to as Nalayaks and tyabes in Nepali. But at this time of crisis, these youths are the one that came to rescue everyone. So-called studious persons like me and others are out in foreign countries!! The sons and daughters that you dismissed of, you see, they are the ones carrying you on stretchers, distributing food for you, donating blood and time and lives!! Salute to all of you out there working on the field!! Wish I were a tyabe like you out there!! I’m sure this earthquake will lift the image of all the youths in Nepal.
Another positive is the sense of nationality and patriotism that has swept we all Nepalese at the moment.  No matter who, where, how, everyone is crying for the nation and citizens and joining hands and doing all they can! No stone unturned! Really, everyone was crying for their country and talking worried about Nepal, even while they were not drunk!( Every Nepalese sounds patriotic when drunk!!) People realized what their country meant after seeing their small nation crumbled into pieces. The “Let Her Go” song by Passenger comes to mind:
Well you only need the light when it’s burning low
Only miss the sun when it starts to snow
Only know you love her when you let her go

Another thing that I understood now is the immense love and support the foreign nations have for us, especially our neighbors India and China. It has always been a love-hate relation with India but they were the first to provide us assistance at this crucial moment. They have fulfilled their role and more as a good neighbor. Many people must have by now realized that the neighbors are not as bad as we always assumed them to be. I saw the facebook comments and many Indian friends are encouraging and supporting their government to support us more and more. This earthquake could be a milestone that changes our relationship to that of mutual friendship. We know who our true supporters and friends and well-wishers are. Despite the entire world supporting us, it’s however very surprising why the European Union and the US are still yet to announce the support. They are the first to deploy armies for any war but why are they silent at such important moment. But I hope they will soon help us so significantly that I will have a full stomach eating my words!
Many for-profit local organizations like NTC, Ncell, Chaudhary group and others are providing all the support for free. Even international for-profit institutions like viber, skype and facebook have lent their support in the way they could. The Melinda-Gates foundation has announced support. Not to mention the always helping non-for-profit organizations like the Red-cross and so many others. Human beings are evil, we fight and kill, but we also have a better humanistic aspect somewhere within that floats to the surface at such hard times.
I was always a bit uneasy about the fact that we never had something disastrous in Nepalese history to bring us together. We never had to chase foreign rulers from our country like our neighbors had to! We never had to face a war! We are poor but never have been so desperately poor, we had many challenges but none very desperate, we were backward but not so desperately backward. There has to be a desperate situation to bring all of us together to reignite our unity and work for building the nation. Japan was completely destroyed at war. That brought these people together and now they are the leaders of Asia! For us, this earthquake could be the disaster that our country needed. This calamity could be the turning point in our history, a turn for positive! The plates had always been beneath us and an imminent big earthquake was always around the corner. We just didn’t know when. If not today, it could have come in another 5 years, or 10. Today my friend died, if it had come after 5 years, I could have died. There would have been severe damage anyway, now or later. There are no good timings for disasters, but still now was the moment we were in stagnation for the lack of motivation, lack of constitution and no idea where to head next. This earthquake has brought us out of stagnation and given us motives. This will bring all of us together. I, in no way, want to say that the earthquake was a good thing and the lost lives don’t matter!! What I am saying is that this disaster, which has already happened and cannot be reverted, should not be allowed to be a disaster. It’s up to us to make use of this chance and make sure the lives that are lost will have a chance to smile form heaven looking at the progress we made in the aftermath. People who lost lives are martyrs who taught us lessons and brought out the real heroes in us. Every person has a chance to be a hero at this moment. Don’t let this chance go. Do whatever you can from wherever you are.

I know everyone is already doing that and I can’t ask anything more from any Nepalese. But the only thing I can ask from my fellow citizens now is not to let this spirit die. It’s very difficult to build such spirit. This earthquake has given us the chance to rebuild the nation. When the paper has already been scribbled, it’s difficult to make a new good drawing but when the paper is blank, you can draw as you want. The earthquake has made our grounds blank. Let’s plan and rebuild a much beautiful Nepal. Who could have thought that the droppings of nuclear bombs were good in Japan!! At that time if anyone had told that the bombs were good and will lead to a better japan, they would have chopped his head off. But now, in hindsight, though many people suffered irreplaceable damage, everyone thinks it’s the bomb that brought the Japanese together. Today’s Japanese youths are grateful for the bomb. It’s up to us to make our future generation thankful for the earthquake. It’s our responsibility that our children should say with pride that thank god we had a big earthquake in 2015 so that our poor nation was rebuilt into a prosperous nation. Earthquake happened, we can do nothing about it, but we can do everything about how to deal with it. The plates are still there below us and will keep moving and we might have to prepare for another quake. But shake our lands, you won’t shake our spirits. Take away our lives, but you won’t take away our confidence! We are the Gurkhas, not by name but by actions! Give us a disaster, some years later we will prove it a blessing in disguise. Show us dark clouds, we will find the silver lining!
Keep Praying, Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Wedding Ceremony

Simply when I think weeding, the image I get in my mind is beautiful dress, loud music, family gathering, celebrations, decorations, sweets, and most importantly bride and bride groom. Wedding ceremony is the special as well as the most prominent celebration that unites two people for a life time with a vow to love each other, take care of each other, and remain together no matter what the situation brings. This ceremony not only unites two people for a lifetime but also bring the family generation together. It’s the only celebration that takes a life time to make it work so it is started with blessing from elders, performed mostly after the family approval. Wedding ceremony is only the lone celebration that is waited excitedly in the family after the child is born. Marriage, Nuptial, Matrimony, Amalgamation are among the several other synonyms of Wedding. All these word deliver same meaning; wedding is a simple ceremony in which marriage unites people. As well as it is small and private.
As the tradition and the customs followed in the wedding varies greatly in term of custom, religions, countries, ethnic groups yet exchanging vows, music, poems, religious books, prayers add some similarities. The most wedding ceremony consist exchanging vow between the bride and bridegroom followed by the exchange of gifts that includes rings, ornament of gold and the announcement of marriage by the elderly people or the head of the family. Wedding is the traditional practice that is practiced over several decades. As the most of the countries in the world had accepted traditional white wedding of western and modern culture there are countries like Nepal and India which have their own wedding tradition. The western white wedding includes the white dress and veil for the bride as the white gown describes extravanges and sexual purity. Ring is the vital part of this religious wedding but is unclear about the origin of this tradition. The western wedding is followed by the wedding reception and breakfast as well as cutting of the elegant wedding cake, dances speeches by the first man or the bride’s maid. Wedding, a ceremony that binds two people for lifetime is celebrated differently in some Hindu country like Nepal and India. The people here celebrate it in the big and fat ways.
These weddings are colorful and big. Bride is in the traditional red dress whereas groom also wears the traditional dress. It is the large gathering of relatives 15 or 7 days prior to the ceremony. As the red color reflects love bride is seen flaunting her beauty in red sari and the ornaments of gold adds some extra charms of her beauty. Sindoor is the most prominent part of this wedding.
These wedding last for 2 days or sometimes for seven days. The main attraction of these weddings is its ornament, food, cultures. As there are upper and lower class in the society the wedding program take place according to the living standard of the people. Mainly it is the celebration that brings joy and happiness. There are also some parts where it is taken as the burden. In some places where dowry system still prevails, the parents of the bride curse the day she is born. Not because they don’t love their innocent new infant it’s because they have to pay a heavy amount of dowry in the wedding ceremony of their daughter. As it is the most beautiful celebration of all time. There are still some elements that make it dull. The main of this element is Dowry System. Marriage being the most special day in the girl’s life though she is killed brutally in this special occasion in the lack of Dowry. In the country like India dowry system is as old as its existence.
As the modern India denies the fact of its existence there are several events coming out to the world that proves the dowry existence. Dowry is nothing but the amount of money and gold demanded by the grooms’ family to the bride’s family. The parents of the bride are forced to pay these demand otherwise their daughter ends in the kitchen fire or tortured till she isn’t dead. This system isn’t only practiced in lower class but they are also seen in the upper class family. As the many educated personality are involved in this system it has become an impossible task to eradicate it from the society.

Rich and Poor People

In my view, every people are equal by the birth because all the people has got brain having equal strength .However people are divided into two groups in global market  i.e. Rich and Poor . Most of the poor people think that we are unlucky and god did not treat us equally but I am not satisfied by their views because to be rich and successful, we don’t need to be lucky, extremely hard working or we need to have a college/university degree.
Some difference between Rich and poor people are:
No.
Rich People
Poor People
1.
Rich people believe that they create their lives.
Poor people believe that life happens to them.
2.
Rich people are committed to being rich.
Poor people want to be rich.
3
Rich people focus on opportunities.
Poor people focus on obstacles.
4
Rich people associate with positive, successful people.
Poor people associate with negative or unsuccessful people.
5
Rich people are willing to promote themselves and their value.
Poor people think negatively about selling and promotion.

6
Rich people focus on their net worth.
Poor people focus on their working income.
7
Rich people good are learners.
Poor people think that they have learned everything in the world.
8
Rich people act in spite of fear.
Poor people let fear stop them.
9
Rich people have their money work hard for them.
Poor people work hard for their money.
10
Rich people choose to get paid based on results.
Poor people choose to get paid based on time.

Advantage of being Rich:
Clothes that I buy, Ice that I wear,
Clothes that I try, close your eyes
Picture me rollin, sixes, money foldin
Bitches honies that swollen to riches

Mr. Nas is a bit weak in rhyming the clothes he’s trying with those that he’s buying, but then he doesn't need to try too hard – Nas knows we have all dreamed of being rich. He just has to flick the switch.

Some points are mention below:
§  Holidays anywhere
§  A great home
§  Funding for your pastimes and passions
§  Good suits
§  Great health care
§  A swimming pool full of girls in bikinis
§  Financial Freedom

Some Disadvantage of being rich:

·        Money doesn’t make you happy

After a surprisingly low point, more money doesn’t make you happier. Rich people get depressed, just like the middle classes. True, there’s no evidence that money actually makes you unhappy (although one rich man is giving it all away) but it could distract you from fixing your real problems.

·        The end of your goals and ambitions

You see this with children born into money, as well as people who built a company up for several decades and sold too late to start another. When you have the money, what next? The trick seems to be to find a substitute to your old goal of achieving financial security. That’s why you can’t walk far in Africa without tripping over a philanthropist.

·        Money can't buy happiness. You could have all the money in the world, and still be lonely inside or suffer from depression, have family issues, spousal issues, etc. just like everyone else.
·        Being rich could equate to huge amounts of debt or risk. For the most part, it takes money to make money. And for other cases, people's incomes tend to reflect their lifestyles. This could mean a higher mortgage for a bigger house, a higher car note for a luxury car, private schools for kids (if opted for), etc
·        You have to protect your assets very carefully. This may fall under the lines of people using you for your money, but when you have money people will find any reason to sue you. People may find a way to make you feel guilty for wanting a penult before marrying. You're more susceptible to theft if you're lifestyle reflects your income. Your Will becomes extremely important, and even after you die family may fight over this will. A whole lot of things come to mind when I say that rich people need to protect their assets very carefully.
Advantage of being Poor: When you are poor, you will probably be able to get some assistance from a variety of sources. You may get help from the government, community organizations, or from friends and neighbors.
·        You can receive federal assistance.
·        You have got nothing so you have nothing to Lose.
·        Poor people use brain to solve problem in stated of money.
·        They will try to grow up their mind.

·        You something to brag about later it’ll give.

·        Having been poor really helps you appreciate NOT being poor.

Disadvantage of being Poor: Poverty means not meeting the basic needs of life at a minimum level. What I mean by this when you don’t have a regular meal three times a day and you eat once or twice a day .poverty means not having a regular meaning of simple family. Children don’t go to school and they are Force to work by their parents in order to have an additional income to their family. Poverty means suffering. Suffering in the sense that pleasures are not there for you to enjoy .Poverty means having a miserable life. Poverty is anti-life and anti Education.
·        You can never have the things you really want.
·        People are too poor to afford food, drinking water and shelter.
·        Lack of Education.
·        Lack of health services and facilities.

Summer Season

In the northern hemisphere, summer is the warmest season of the year; extending from the summer solstice through to the autumnal equinox. This season introduces the raining season, because of the heat, water is evaporated and the vapors are safely stored in the atmosphere, in turn these vapors are turned into clouds that fall as rain for four months.

Summer is especially warm because during this time that part of the earth is directly under the sun and its rays are focused on the area, drying up ponds and lakes; this has/can lead to a scarcity of water. For most people this time of the year is associated with fun as schools break on holidays and most offices are not fully active.
Summer brings back lots of outdoor social activities impossible in the freezing cold winter. Most people visit picnics, beaches and parks to relax and unwind themselves under clear skies. For the party rockers, summer time is ‘open season’ so many parties are held to take advantage of the fine weather ,with clear skies the summer hosts a very bright moon, ideal for this purpose.
This season brings bright and longer days, which exposes the beauty of nature, grasses are green, flowers bloom and myriad birds and animals return to the melted and blossoming fields. Everyone dresses with light materials to feel cool under the hot sun; most will be spotted in shorts, sunglasses, summer dresses and scandals. Some fruits such as mangos and pineapples, become ripe during summer, so this season present the opportunity for people to enjoy them.
For some, summer is much disliked, backed by complaints of discomfort caused by the high heat levels and slowdown of business activity during this time (well, that depends on the line of business). Generally, people try to keep indoors and have cold beverages to supplement on liquid being lost from their system through constant perspiration. The hottest period of the summer season is around midday, mornings and evenings are relatively cool.
Summer days can be extremely hot and people usually the elderly suffer from heat strokes, in the past this has resulted in some deaths, during this season children may also suffer from summer boils. Due to the heat people become easily tired as their bodies sweat continuously. Scientists believe that rising summer heat levels is as a result of global warming and predict that if nothing is done, in years to come the temperatures due in future summers may become too hot to play or even survive in.
True to their admonition, summer season in the last couple of years has reached record heat levels, unprepared for this it resulted in many deaths and emergencies, most people ordered air conditioners or went out to cool in pools and public fountains. As with all harmful natural phenomena, the poor bears the brunt whilst the rich hide behind the latest technology for comfort.

Summer is associated with life, birth and rebirth, it is deduced that plant and animal life go into a state of rest/hibernation during the cold months of winter; it is as though the teeming colures and sounds of nature have disappeared. The summer gives life/birth/rebirth to life around us, plants blossom, animals happily resume activity and nature feels ‘alive’ again. This has been and is still the most celebrated aspect of this season.

Good Relation and end Relationships

What Makes a Good Relationship?
When people first experience falling in love, it often starts as attraction. Sexual feelings can also be a part of this attraction. People at this stage might daydream about a crush or a new BF or GF. They may doodle the person's name or think of their special someone while a particular song is playing.
It sure feels like love. But it's not love yet. It hasn't had time to grow into emotional closeness that's needed for love. Because feelings of attraction and sexual interest are new, and they're directed at a person we want a relationship with, it's not surprising we confuse attraction with love. It's all so intense, exciting, and hard to sort out.
The crazy intensity of the passion and attraction phase fades a bit after a while. Like putting all our energy into winning a race, this kind of passion is exhilarating but far too extreme to keep going forever. If a relationship is destined to last, this is where closeness enters the picture. The early passionate intensity may fade, but a deep affectionate attachment takes its place.
Some of the ways people grow close are:
·        Learning to give and receive. A healthy relationship is about both people, not how much one person can get from (or give to) the other.
·        Revealing feelings. A supportive, caring relationship allows people to reveal details about themselves their likes and dislikes, dreams and worries, proud moments, disappointments, fears, and weaknesses.
·        Listening and supporting. When two people care, they offer support when the other person is feeling vulnerable or afraid. They don't put down or insult their partner, even when they disagree.
Giving, receiving, revealing, and supporting is a back-and-forth process: One person shares a detail, then the other person shares something, then the first person feels safe enough to share a little more. In this way, the relationship gradually builds into a place of openness, trust, and support where each partner knows that the other will be there when times are tough. Both feel liked and accepted for who they are.
The passion and attraction the couple felt early on in the relationship isn't lost. It's just different. In healthy, long-term relationships, couples often find that intense passion comes and goes at different times. But the closeness is always there.
Sometimes, though, a couple loses the closeness. For adults, relationships can sometimes turn into what experts call "empty love." This means that the closeness and attraction they once felt is gone, and they stay together only out of commitment. This is not usually a problem for teens, but there are other reasons why relationships.

Why Do Relationships End?

Love is delicate. It needs to be cared for and nurtured if it is to last through time. Just like friendships, relationships can fail if they are not given enough time and attention. This is one reason why some couples might not last perhaps someone is so busy with school, extracurricular, and work that he or she has less time for a relationship. Or maybe a relationship ends when people graduate and go to separate colleges or take different career paths.

For some teens, a couple may grow apart because the things that are important to them change as they mature. Or maybe each person wants different things out of the relationship. Sometimes both people realize the relationship has reached its end; sometimes one person feels this way when the other does not.

Why People fall in Love?

Love is such a powerful human emotion that experts are constantly studying it. Loving and being loved adds richness to our lives. When people feel close to others they are happier and even healthier. Love helps us feel important, understood, and secure.
But each kind of love has its own distinctive feel. The kind of love we feel for a parent is different from our love for a baby brother or best friend. And the kind of love we feel in romantic relationships is its own unique type of love.
Our ability to feel romantic love develops during adolescence. Teens all over the world notice passionate feelings of attraction. Even in cultures where people are not allowed to act on or express these feelings, they're still there. It's a natural part of growing up to develop romantic feelings and sexual attractions to others. These new feelings can be exciting or even confusing at first.
In my view, these three Factors play Vitol role to be in Love:
1.   Attraction: It is the "chemistry" part of love. It's all about the physical even sexual interest that two people have in each other. Attraction is responsible for the desire we feel to kiss and hold the object of our affection. Attraction is also what's behind the flushed, nervous-but-excited way we feel when that person is near. It’s like a Centripetal Force.
2.   Closeness: It is the bond that develops when we share thoughts and feelings that we don't share with anyone else. When you have this feeling of closeness with your boyfriend or girlfriend, you feel supported, cared for, understood, and accepted for who you are. Trust is a big part of this.
3.   Commitment: It is the promise or decision to stick by the other person through the ups and downs of the relationship.

These three qualities of love can be combined in different ways to make different kinds of relationships. For example, closeness without attraction is the kind of love we feel for best friends. We share secrets and personal stuff with them, we support them, and they stand by us. But we are not romantically interested in them.
Attraction without closeness is more like a crush or infatuation. You're attracted to someone physically but don't know the person well enough yet to feel the closeness that comes from sharing personal experiences and feelings.
Romantic love is when attraction and closeness are combined. Lots of relationships grow out of an initial attraction (a crush or "love at first sight") and develop into closeness. It's also possible for a friendship to move from closeness into attraction as two people realize their relationship is more than "just like" and they have become interested in one another in a romantic way.

For people falling in love for the first time, it can be hard to tell the difference between the intense, new feelings of physical attraction and the deeper closeness that goes with being in love.
