Summer Season

In the northern hemisphere, summer is the warmest season of the year; extending from the summer solstice through to the autumnal equinox. This season introduces the raining season, because of the heat, water is evaporated and the vapors are safely stored in the atmosphere, in turn these vapors are turned into clouds that fall as rain for four months.

Summer is especially warm because during this time that part of the earth is directly under the sun and its rays are focused on the area, drying up ponds and lakes; this has/can lead to a scarcity of water. For most people this time of the year is associated with fun as schools break on holidays and most offices are not fully active.
Summer brings back lots of outdoor social activities impossible in the freezing cold winter. Most people visit picnics, beaches and parks to relax and unwind themselves under clear skies. For the party rockers, summer time is ‘open season’ so many parties are held to take advantage of the fine weather ,with clear skies the summer hosts a very bright moon, ideal for this purpose.
This season brings bright and longer days, which exposes the beauty of nature, grasses are green, flowers bloom and myriad birds and animals return to the melted and blossoming fields. Everyone dresses with light materials to feel cool under the hot sun; most will be spotted in shorts, sunglasses, summer dresses and scandals. Some fruits such as mangos and pineapples, become ripe during summer, so this season present the opportunity for people to enjoy them.
For some, summer is much disliked, backed by complaints of discomfort caused by the high heat levels and slowdown of business activity during this time (well, that depends on the line of business). Generally, people try to keep indoors and have cold beverages to supplement on liquid being lost from their system through constant perspiration. The hottest period of the summer season is around midday, mornings and evenings are relatively cool.
Summer days can be extremely hot and people usually the elderly suffer from heat strokes, in the past this has resulted in some deaths, during this season children may also suffer from summer boils. Due to the heat people become easily tired as their bodies sweat continuously. Scientists believe that rising summer heat levels is as a result of global warming and predict that if nothing is done, in years to come the temperatures due in future summers may become too hot to play or even survive in.
True to their admonition, summer season in the last couple of years has reached record heat levels, unprepared for this it resulted in many deaths and emergencies, most people ordered air conditioners or went out to cool in pools and public fountains. As with all harmful natural phenomena, the poor bears the brunt whilst the rich hide behind the latest technology for comfort.

Summer is associated with life, birth and rebirth, it is deduced that plant and animal life go into a state of rest/hibernation during the cold months of winter; it is as though the teeming colures and sounds of nature have disappeared. The summer gives life/birth/rebirth to life around us, plants blossom, animals happily resume activity and nature feels ‘alive’ again. This has been and is still the most celebrated aspect of this season.

Good Relation and end Relationships

What Makes a Good Relationship?
When people first experience falling in love, it often starts as attraction. Sexual feelings can also be a part of this attraction. People at this stage might daydream about a crush or a new BF or GF. They may doodle the person's name or think of their special someone while a particular song is playing.
It sure feels like love. But it's not love yet. It hasn't had time to grow into emotional closeness that's needed for love. Because feelings of attraction and sexual interest are new, and they're directed at a person we want a relationship with, it's not surprising we confuse attraction with love. It's all so intense, exciting, and hard to sort out.
The crazy intensity of the passion and attraction phase fades a bit after a while. Like putting all our energy into winning a race, this kind of passion is exhilarating but far too extreme to keep going forever. If a relationship is destined to last, this is where closeness enters the picture. The early passionate intensity may fade, but a deep affectionate attachment takes its place.
Some of the ways people grow close are:
·        Learning to give and receive. A healthy relationship is about both people, not how much one person can get from (or give to) the other.
·        Revealing feelings. A supportive, caring relationship allows people to reveal details about themselves their likes and dislikes, dreams and worries, proud moments, disappointments, fears, and weaknesses.
·        Listening and supporting. When two people care, they offer support when the other person is feeling vulnerable or afraid. They don't put down or insult their partner, even when they disagree.
Giving, receiving, revealing, and supporting is a back-and-forth process: One person shares a detail, then the other person shares something, then the first person feels safe enough to share a little more. In this way, the relationship gradually builds into a place of openness, trust, and support where each partner knows that the other will be there when times are tough. Both feel liked and accepted for who they are.
The passion and attraction the couple felt early on in the relationship isn't lost. It's just different. In healthy, long-term relationships, couples often find that intense passion comes and goes at different times. But the closeness is always there.
Sometimes, though, a couple loses the closeness. For adults, relationships can sometimes turn into what experts call "empty love." This means that the closeness and attraction they once felt is gone, and they stay together only out of commitment. This is not usually a problem for teens, but there are other reasons why relationships.

Why Do Relationships End?

Love is delicate. It needs to be cared for and nurtured if it is to last through time. Just like friendships, relationships can fail if they are not given enough time and attention. This is one reason why some couples might not last perhaps someone is so busy with school, extracurricular, and work that he or she has less time for a relationship. Or maybe a relationship ends when people graduate and go to separate colleges or take different career paths.

For some teens, a couple may grow apart because the things that are important to them change as they mature. Or maybe each person wants different things out of the relationship. Sometimes both people realize the relationship has reached its end; sometimes one person feels this way when the other does not.

Why People fall in Love?

Love is such a powerful human emotion that experts are constantly studying it. Loving and being loved adds richness to our lives. When people feel close to others they are happier and even healthier. Love helps us feel important, understood, and secure.
But each kind of love has its own distinctive feel. The kind of love we feel for a parent is different from our love for a baby brother or best friend. And the kind of love we feel in romantic relationships is its own unique type of love.
Our ability to feel romantic love develops during adolescence. Teens all over the world notice passionate feelings of attraction. Even in cultures where people are not allowed to act on or express these feelings, they're still there. It's a natural part of growing up to develop romantic feelings and sexual attractions to others. These new feelings can be exciting or even confusing at first.
In my view, these three Factors play Vitol role to be in Love:
1.   Attraction: It is the "chemistry" part of love. It's all about the physical even sexual interest that two people have in each other. Attraction is responsible for the desire we feel to kiss and hold the object of our affection. Attraction is also what's behind the flushed, nervous-but-excited way we feel when that person is near. It’s like a Centripetal Force.
2.   Closeness: It is the bond that develops when we share thoughts and feelings that we don't share with anyone else. When you have this feeling of closeness with your boyfriend or girlfriend, you feel supported, cared for, understood, and accepted for who you are. Trust is a big part of this.
3.   Commitment: It is the promise or decision to stick by the other person through the ups and downs of the relationship.

These three qualities of love can be combined in different ways to make different kinds of relationships. For example, closeness without attraction is the kind of love we feel for best friends. We share secrets and personal stuff with them, we support them, and they stand by us. But we are not romantically interested in them.
Attraction without closeness is more like a crush or infatuation. You're attracted to someone physically but don't know the person well enough yet to feel the closeness that comes from sharing personal experiences and feelings.
Romantic love is when attraction and closeness are combined. Lots of relationships grow out of an initial attraction (a crush or "love at first sight") and develop into closeness. It's also possible for a friendship to move from closeness into attraction as two people realize their relationship is more than "just like" and they have become interested in one another in a romantic way.

For people falling in love for the first time, it can be hard to tell the difference between the intense, new feelings of physical attraction and the deeper closeness that goes with being in love.

The morning walk

The favorite form of exercise of anyone ever asked then the answer you will get is gym, yoga ignoring or say neglecting morning walk. But the burning question is why not morning walk after all it’s the healthiest walk one can ever walk in the  free of cost which not only freshens or stretches you mind but also your soul. It is an energetic mind and body development which creates a sense of pace. Being one of the easiest ways of exercise morning walk has been neglected by the several people which including educated people. We often encounter people spending money for the gym and aerobics making Morning walk one of the most ignored and abandoned form of exercise.
Morning Walk the simplest form of exercise that works as the remedy for the tension if done in the tranquil and serene neighboring like parks or country road. I know that the fact that it sucks to get up early in the morning for your office, school without having to go for the walk too. But if we for once keep our laziness aside and began morning walk every day our body and mind can thank us in million ways. Henry David Thoreau once said that An early morning walk is the blessing for the whole day. And it proves to be really true. Even a leisurely stroll or small but rapid walk in the morning provides you with the natural vigor boost and you end up feeling rejuvenated. One also feels more active and energetic throughout the day. Morning walk can’t be ignored because we can’t forget the fact that physical exercise in the before time morning supplies you greater mental sharpness throughout the day.
“Morning Walk is the Healthy Walk.” There are number of fact to prove this statement. The regular performer of this exercise form will support my statement from their heart. And for others I am here to describe the benefit of Morning walk. And even if this doesn’t motivate you into waking up early for walk, I am unaware about what will.
The first and foremost advantage of walking in the early morning is it provides you with the cardiovascular fitness. The health payback of taking a morning walk everyday is colossal, the most significant one is for your heart. In the today’s world 40 percent of the people are diagnosed of heart disease, and the starting making the small change in your lifestyle by going for morning walk can keep these disease at cove.
The second yet important advantage of Morning Walk is Lessen Tension. While I have already mentioned earlier that morning walk is not only beneficial in the morning but it is also helpful for minds. More than half of World population has lot of stress and morning walk reduces this stress providing an optimistic attitude for the whole day.
The third benefit of the morning walk is it enhances mental power. Morning walk guarantees that you stay attentive all over the day. It not only benefits your body but also your mind by providing greater amount of oxygen as walking progresses blood transmission.
The fourth advantage of Morning Walk is it helps to get rid of Diabetes and Hypertension. In present day to find one diabetic patients in the each home has been common. If one sincerely takes an early walk in morning they can prevent themselves from being diabetic patients. And walking lessens elevated blood pressure by civilizing blood flow in the body. To keep these two diseases away I suggest walk away.
The fifth advantage of Morning walk is it helps in the Weight Loss. In the today’s world of science and technology the world has become a very small place. People can get easily what they want or where they want to reach. Car, telephone, mobile, internet has helped the people in different ways. But same means are creating the overweight or obese in the people. Sop morning walk can be the effective weapon to fight against these diseases.

Therefore Morning walk is the easiest and the cheapest way to keep oneself healthy. Only we need to do is keep our laziness aside and say let’s go for it.

The Power of Love

Love is as critical for your mind and body as oxygen. It's not negotiable. The more connected you are, the healthier you will be both physically and emotionally. The less connected you are, the more you are at risk.
It is also true that the less love you have, the more depression you are likely to experience in your life. Love is probably the best antidepressant there is because one of the most common sources of depression is feeling unloved. Most depressed people don't love themselves and they do not feel loved by others. They also are very self-focused, making them less attractive to others and depriving them of opportunities to learn the skills of love.
There is a mythology in our culture that love just happens. As a result, the depressed often sit around passively waiting for someone to love them. But love doesn't work that way. To get love and keep love you have to go out and be active and learn a variety of specific skills. Most of us get our ideas of love from popular culture. We come to believe that love is something that sweeps us off our feet. But the pop-culture ideal of love consists of unrealistic images created for entertainment, which is one reason so many of us are set up to be depressed. It's part of our national vulnerability, like eating junk food, constantly stimulated by images of instant gratification. We think it is love when it's simply distraction and infatuation.
One consequence is that when we hit real love we become upset and disappointed because there are many things that do not fit the cultural ideal. Some of us get demanding and controlling, wanting someone else to do what we think our ideal of romance should be, without realizing our ideal is misplaced.
It is not only possible but necessary to change one's approach to love to ward off depression. Follow these action strategies to get more of what you want out of life—to love and be loved.
  • Recognize the difference between limerance and love. Limerance is the psychological state of deep infatuation. It feels good but rarely lasts. Limerance is that first stage of mad attraction whereby all thehormones are flowing and things feel so right. Limerance lasts, on average, six months. It can progress to love. Love mostly starts out as limerance, but limerance doesn't always evolve into love.
  • Know that love is a learned skill, not something that comes from hormones or emotion particularly. Erich Fromm called it "an act of will." If you don't learn the skills of love you virtually guarantee that you will be depressed, not only because you will not be connected enough but because you will have many failure experiences.
  • Learn good communication skills. They are a means by which you develop trust and intensify connection. The more you can communicate the less depressed you will be because you will feel known and understood.
There are always core differences between two people, no matter how good or close you are, and if the relationship is going right those differences surface. The issue then is to identify the differences and negotiate them so that they don't distance you or kill the relationship.
You do that by understanding where the other person is coming from, who that person is, and by being able to represent yourself. When the differences are known you must be able to negotiate and compromise on them until you find a common ground that works for both.
  • Focus on the other person. Rather than focus on what you are getting and how you are being treated, read your partner's need. What does this person really need for his/her own well-being? This is a very tough skill for people to learn in our narcissistic culture. Of course, you don't lose yourself in the process; you make sure you're also doing enough self-care.
  • Help someone else. Depression keeps people so focused on themselves they don't get outside themselves enough to be able to learn to love. The more you can focus on others and learn to respond and meet their needs, the better you are going to do in love.
  • Develop the ability to accommodate simultaneous reality. The loved one's reality is as important as your own, and you need to be as aware of it as of your own. What are they really saying, what are they really needing? Depressed people think the only reality is their own depressed reality.
  • Actively dispute your internal messages of inadequacy. Sensitivity to rejection is a cardinal feature of depression. As a consequence of low self-esteem, every relationship blip is interpreted far too personally as evidence of inadequacy. Quick to feel rejected by a partner, you then believe it is the treatment you fundamentally deserve. But the rejection really originates in you, and the feelings of inadequacy are the depression speaking.
Recognize that the internal voice is strong but it's not real. Talk back to it. "I'm not really being rejected; this isn't really evidence of inadequacy. I made a mistake." Or "this isn't about me, this is something I just didn't know how to do and now I'll learn." When you re-frame the situation to something more adequate, you can act again in an effective way and you can find and keep the love that you need.

Love and Marriage

“You have to walk carefully in the beginning of love; the running across fields into your lover's arms can only come later when you're sure they won't laugh if you trip.”

We think this is wonderful advice for those “falling in love.” Too often, two people feel the early signs of a loving relationship only to move too fast and scare away the one they are falling in love with. Or worse yet, they become so enamored with “being in love” that they become blinded to the warning signs. They so desperately want to be in love and be loved that they miss important clues to the real feelings of the one they love.

In  many interviews over the years with individuals who have had a successful and long-term relationship with somebody, we have repeatedly heard this advice – go slow in the beginning.

You've heard the old expression, “Rome wasn't built in a day.” One thing for certain – neither was love. It develops over time. It requires patience. It requires self-examination. And it most certainly requires you to run slowly across fields until you find the proper footing, lest you fall down!

Building confidence in any budding love relationship takes time and commitment. It requires a level of objectivity about what is going on at a level you may have never reached before. People falling in love do not lie to each other, but they often lie to themselves about what is happening to them. They let feelings and emotions get the best of them before they are truly ready to share their heart with another – before they are ready to make the honest and caring commitment required to make love last.

:

Here “is where many lovers go wrong. Having been so longwithout love, they understand love only as a need. The first blush of new love is filled to overflowing, but astheir love cools, they revert to seeing their love as a need. They cease to be someone who generates love and insteadbecome someone who seeks love. They forget that thesecret of love is that it is a gift, and that it can be made togrow only by giving it away.”

The message here should be clear – love is a gift you give to someone, and if you are lucky, they give it back in return. But the real lesson here is that you need to step back and make sure that you feel good about giving your love away as a gift. And to do this takes time. It takes reflection. It requires being honest with yourself about what you are feeling and what you are giving away to another human being. Rushing to judgment about matters of such profound importance is never a wise thing to do. Giving love away takes time. Accepting true love takes courage, trust and time.

Target scholarship

Here we are talking about target scholarship. But let us know what scholarship is? Scholarship is a financial help to student for their current study or for further study. Here student to whom scholarship given must be not capable to handle his educational expenditure or he is poor and wants to study. Scholarship also has various types and the main factor we should know about the donor and the purpose of scholarship. In most of cases the money should not be refunded but some of organization gives the scholar to bright student in the contract to work for their company after their study. This is particularly not called scholarship but can be called as loan. Usually the donors are big financial institution or the charity organization or may be some business tycoons. The types of scholar ship can be discussed below as:
Merit-based: scholarship is given to the bright student who is good in almost all fields and the donor gives the scholarship to the college rather giving to in the hand of student.

Need-based: scholarship is given to needy student either he is good or average at the study. The student should fill up the firm and later the needy student is given the scholarship by the donor.

Student-based: Scholarship is given to student according to race, caste, culture, gender etc.

Career-specific: Scholarship is given to the student who wants to make career in specific field and position. Now after knowing about the scholarship let us talk about target scholarship. Target is one of the retail store chain of department store of America having many outlets. It was first opened in 1968 in Minnesota. Interested, needy and deserving student under the above mentioned criteria can apply online. The online application has opened. Just we have to fill up the form and don’t take more than 5 minutes.

Another category of scholarship provided by target is target stuff scholarship in which the students below age 16 are participated in fun oriented show and win the prize like tablets, gift cards, microwave, gaming bundle, and even the cash prize.
