Developing a healthy or good pattern in the initial stage of your relationship can come out as a solid foundation in the long run. If you are starting a relationship, it is necessary to construct, investigate and establish it in the initial stage. Construct: the first step in the initial relationship is to construct a base of appreciation and respect. You need to understand what your partner says and does and you should never miss the opportunity to say thank you to your partner rather than being focused to point on their mistake. Investigate: You need to investigate each other hobbies, interest, opinion which can lead towards coming up with the long list of things you want to do and enjoy together. Also for happy relationship couples are advised to try new things together which lead towards the expansion of mutual interest. Start: Start a habit of apologizing if you make mistake or hurt your partner’s feeling by saying I m Sorry. It might be hard for a moment to apologies but builds a long way relationship.
It develops more trust in your partner towards you if they come to know you are responsible and aware for your words and action towards them. After a month: Prominent things to know as your relationship grows Change in Relationship: Change is needed in every aspect of our life. so how can relationship avoid them. If there is positive change then welcome it as an opportunity and if it is negative then try to figure out and solve it. Periodically Inspection: To maintain a good relation it is necessary to keep aside some time to check for each other goals and expectation if it is changed or same. If pair ignore this topic it becomes hard for them to sustain their relationship.  Precaution at time of conflict: Conflict or disagreement in a relationship is normal as we cannot escape the time of sadness, anger, and tension. The source of conflict can be change in behavior of partner, unrealistic demands.
To overcome this you need honesty, healthy communication, a willingness to think your partner’s prospective positive even if you do not understand and consider it to be fruitful. A healthy communication is required when there comes a time for important decisions considering marriage, sex, career and family. Here are some guidelines for conflict management: To know each other’s family background: The main reason of conflict in a relationship is the family background and the prospective of the family. The partner before going in to a serious relationship should know the family back ground of each other to avoid the future conflict. Time and duration of relation: It is another factor bringing conflict in the relationship. For a healthy relation you require a plenty of time to know each other’s mutual interest as well as differences they have. You need to give enough time to sort out these differences and come up with healthy relationship. Create a foundation of emotional support:
As man are considered to have fewer emotions than women have and to have a successful relationship woman should take a responsibility of accepting differences and try to adjust in positive way. Message clarification: A clear message includes respect to partner in addition to the direct expression of one’s needs, demands and desires. You need to take some time for yourself to think before you discuss the same matter with your partner   There are some special websites as well as blogs of some intellectuals personality generating ideas and knowledge about the secrets of healthy relationship in the internet and also articles discussing and giving  advice about healthy relationship.

Summer Season

Whenever summer season comes in my mind I get picture of hot day, street full of women in shorts skirts, men in hot pants and beaches full of bikini. Bounded by the different seasons sometimes hot sometime cold sometimes it all rainy and sometime all is well, summer season is the kind warmth season of all four flavor. Initiation with the longest day and shortest night it bring with it the season to sow seeds in land, plant flowers and put the foundation to your whole year livelihood. Summer season is best of all season. Though the days are warmer it’s the only season whose commencement is waited eagerly by all. Varying according to culture, tradition and climate, it rules differently in two hemispheres. People in southern hemisphere enjoy summer people in northern hemisphere experiences chill wind and cold winter.   We get to eat ripe mangoes in summer along with the pine apples and jack fruits. The dappled orchard of palm and mango tree provides with breathe taking views and they are really cool. The cuckoo waits to sing her song whereas grasshopper is free to dance on the blades of grass. The whole thing is orderly and clean in summer. Taking about the ways roads and path are open to very place you want to visit. It’s the summer when flower are allowed to blossom in evening spreading their scent at nights. As the day is long we can get more time to work and children as well can play for a long time in evening. To enjoy the summer office, school as well as other organization provides you with the summer break in order to enjoy the warm weather along with the longer days. In all countries during summer the students are out of school and college getting special summer break.   The interesting fact is that, it’s the only season that has the large collection of public holidays. Though it is very hot in this season yet we wait eagerly for its commencement because of its warm nature. As it’s the only season that allows the people to take the full advantage by outdoors picnics or spending more time on beach. The main sports of this season are cricket, volleyball, tennis, water polo as well as water sports .

NO LOVE NO LIFE

Love is the most inseparable part of our life. Before the creation of life, I think love was there. It is the result of love that we are here in the earth fighting to live our life and to imagine life without love similar to imagine life without oxygen. Difference is that we take oxygen for living and love becomes the reason for our living. Love fulfils life. Many be it’s the life of humans or animals, love is witnessed in its every aspect. There are several faces of love. Love between children and parents, love between husband and wife, love between boyfriend and girlfriend or simply love for life. Love helps to complete the cycle of life. If there is no love for your own life then there is never an attempt to live for life. So I strongly believe no love no life.
The attachment of a mother for her unborn child in her womb, facing all those pain in birth of her child, effort to provide quality education, to give better life to her children is nothing else but the love for her child. A man cuts all his extra expenses and starts saving for this child, it’s not anything else but love. Some people prefer to call this responsibility, but u can ignore your responsibility but that’s just love of you towards your baby that you cannot ignore and fight of their happiness. Our own domestic or tamed animals attack us if we tease their children. And the same animals becomes our friends, fight for our live if the situation comes, these all are nothing but the result of love that we endure in our hearts and directly or indirectly helps in completing the chain of life.
Beside this there is another beautiful face of love that is the love between man and women or girlfriend and boyfriend. It is when you start feeling good about yourself, then it means you are in love. It’s the feeling which makes you feel terrific about who you are and what you are about. In today’s world love has become a kind of fashion. People are forgetting that it is the most beautiful feeling that gives our life a meaning. To be loved by someone is the most beautiful thing in our life. when a person is in love the whole world around him/her becomes beautiful. There are butterflies in the stomach, eyes always searching for loved ones, positive energy is everywhere once you are in love. Love is about going through every tears, every heartache and every pain because in the end it’s not how you love but it’s about how much you hold on.
One doesn’t need to travel across the world to find love. You can witness that everywhere around you, if you truly want to see that. The relation of a husband and wife can be the perfect example of love. Despite there are several difference in them, several problems around them they is only feeling thing that keeps holding them and that feeling is only love. To lead a good life you first need to love your life.  so I personally believe no love no life.

The Changing Status of Women in Asian Societies

It was Sabita Mahajan‘s first time flying out of Nepal. She was a bit afraid and nervous on her way from Kathmandu to New Delhi, India, where she was traveling for an exposure tour for businesswomen, hosted by The Asia Foundation. The exposure tour, held in October 2013, was designed as a follow-on activity to the December 2012 South Asia Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium. On the exposure tour, Sabita spent six days in India where she met other women entrepreneurs from all over South Asia and visited factories and organizations owned and run by women, including a paper factory and a traditional textile design and printing organization, providing an opportunity to develop her knowledge of good business practices.

Sabita Mahajan (front left) visits a paper factory with other South Asian women entrepreneurs on an exposure trip to India, hosted by The Asia Foundation.
At the end of the tour, Sabita told her story. As a survivor of domestic violence, Sabita decided to end the cycle of violence in her home, for her son. She left her abusive husband but found herself unable to go back to her maiden home. As a Nepali woman, like many women in South Asia where laws to protect women’s property rights are not in place or are poorly implemented, she could not claim her rights to her ancestral home, a place where she spent all her childhood. She soon realized that it was up to her to find a way to survive and ensure her son could go to school. Sabita had learned to stitch when she was young, and she used that skill to start a small collective of women who could knit and they started to earn some money. Soon, she was able to pay not only the rent for her one-room apartment but also fees for her son’s education. But Sabita did not stop there. She also wanted to help other women in her situation. She started a literacy program in her community to help other women access education and build their own livelihoods. As the demand for her literacy program and her knitting business grew, Sabita decided to expand. She applied for a loan through a program run by the Federation of Business and Professional Women in Nepal and got seed money to start her own knitting business. Today, Sabita employs 125 women in her business in Kirtipur municipality and continues to provide literacy classes in her community.
Sabita’s struggle with domestic violence is not a rare story in South Asia, but her ability to survive and ultimately rebuild her life and inspire others is a story that needs to be told. If Sabita did not have knitting skills perhaps her story would not have a happy ending. In Nepal, as in many other South Asian countries, women face societal constraints and discrimination based on deeply entrenched values and perceptions about women’s role in society, which has a significant impact on their entry into businesses. Women still own less than 10 percent of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Asia, and the UN reports that 80 percent of working women in this region are in what is considered vulnerable employment. Furthermore, while women’s contributions have great potential for bolstering these countries’ economies, women still face many obstacles in accessing credit, training, networks and information, as well as legal and policy constraints. Women are discouraged to learn skills that go beyond farming and housekeeping, and even more discouraged to become economically self-sufficient.
In light of this, one year ago, the U.S. State Department hosted the first South Asia Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium in Dhaka to enhance regional economic integration and advance economic growth, peace, and stability through women’s economic empowerment. The event brought together 120 women from across South and Central Asia and has been a platform for catalyzing follow-on activities to advance women’s entrepreneurship in the region.
SAWES has hosted two exposure visits so far to Sri Lanka and India, each time bringing together women entrepreneurs like Sabita from the region to share experiences and achievements, challenges they face as women entrepreneurs, and ways to push for policies in their countries that advance women’s economic rights. For Sabita, coming to India was an opportunity for her to realize that she was not alone in her struggles. Moreover, it allowed her to realize that she could expand her growing business by networking with businesses in other countries.
Since SAWES began one year ago, its network has grown to 23,000 people onFacebook, and includes members from organizations working on women’s economic empowerment and federations of women entrepreneurs across South Asia. They regularly engage in exposure tours, workshops, webinars, and provide financial support for innovative ways to advance women’s entrepreneurship in each of the five countries. The next SAWES exposure visit will be held in Bangladesh from March 8-10, 2014, and will be provide an opportunity for women to network and visit innovative businesses in Banglades .

WOMEN EMPORMENT PROGRAMME IN NEPAL

Nepal is a small, beautiful and patriarchal country and predominated by male in all major roles in the society. On the other hand, women have been treated as a factory of producing children and limited them only into household chore. Actually, they have no freedom in the society and education status of woman in Nepal is very low. Nepal is the poorest country and listed into third world country. In Nepal female have no access to education because of conservative social structure. For example, female should not be educated and keep them only in household activities. Moreover, some societies still wouldn’t see positively if girls go to school. As a result, woman has no accessibility to get any job such as government and private. As consequences, ultimately they should fully depend on their Woman Empowerment Program family and husband in terms of finance. By all above mentioned truth which is existed in our Nepali society would excite us to help them by giving some sort of non formal education and income generating as well as awareness building training related to women through volunteering service. We feel that providing education and training to them would increase their education level and uplift their living standard. In addition the concept of society would change gradually. How to prepare for MBBS and All medical entrance exams

How to prepare for MBBS and All medical entrance exams

Congrats. You have decided to take the next step in your career. With the sprouting private medical colleges and the output of MBBS graduates increasing every year, the MBBS degree holders have a hard time in the job market. It is not uncommon for a classmate who chose engineering to get twice or thrice the salary than a MBBS doctor. One of the means of alleviating the situation is to get a post graduate degree. It is not easy though; there is a tough entrance exam ahead. As you plan to jump into MBBS prep mode it's worthwhile to look at some hard facts that might be helpful for most people.

Fact No: 1 – It is not about you but you RELATIVE to OTHERS.
Nepali post graduate medical entrances are not designed to test your knowledge. I repeat 'Nepalpost graduate medical entrances are not designed to test your knowledge' but to eliminate thousands of aspirants and thereby select a very few. Keep this point in mind. This is the most important fact. This difference, though subtle has huge implications in the way you prepare for the exams. Once you get this into your brain a lot of things become easier. Testing a student's knowledge is different from eliminating potential aspirants.

Fact No: 2 – How do I get the top ranks in the entrance exams?
The answer – There is no magic. Chanting mystical incantations in the dark of the moon with a pentagram on the floor will not get you rank 1 in MBBS or other medial coerces . Of course luck can play a role, but only to certain extent. The most important differentiator is the effort you put into your entrance exam preparation. Yeah, plain old hardwork.

Fact No: 3 – Repeat Questions.
For some strange reason, which most people couldn't understand, AIIMS examiners are prone to ask repeat questions. The percentage of repeat questions vary but it is safe to say it is generally in the range of 10-20% in major exams and upto 40% in some state exams. This has advantages and disadvantages from the individual student's perspective. Advantage is if he had bothered to check old question papers, he is bound to answer most of them correctly. Disadvantage is since most students are aware of the repeat questions, they too would get most of them correct. Most exam takers are happy when they see a repeat question in the real exam, more the repeat questions more the happiness. Unfortunately they miss what this exam is all about. It is about eliminating. It is not about you but you in relative to others.

Fact No: 4- Why it is important to answer all repeat questions correctly?
There is one peculiar problem which most students are unaware with regard to repeat questions. There is a standard statement in each question paper ' All question carry equal marks'. In truth this statement is only partially correct and rankwise patently false (all questions do not equally determine the rank). This can be understood by asking a simple question 'What happens if you answer some repeat question wrongly? The true answer is 'It is the worst thing you can do in the exam especially if you are a good student and expected to secure a rank'. Repeat questions are the easiest questions in the exam. In an exam designed to eliminate, answering an easy question wrongly has much more negative implications than answering a difficult question wrongly. Your rank doesn’t depend on how well you performed in the exam but on how well you performed RELATIVE to other test takers. To summarize 'answering a repeat question correctly doesn't improve your rank much but answering a repeat question wrongly drastically reduces your overall rank'.

Fact No: 5- Even bright students answer repeat questions wrongly.
Surprising as it may seem many students even the brightest get some of the repeat questions wrongly. The reasons could be anything from exam day stress to poor memory to confusion with a different concept/fact and overcritical thinking. To confirm this fact, you need go no further than the free daily exam series in www.emedicinelive.net which has most of the repeat question and still very few people score more than 80%.

Fact No:6 – Questions, Questions, Questions.
The more you attempt the better. Attempting atleast 200 questions daily and regularly is the easiest way to get top ranks. Attempting questions adds necessary knowledge, refreshes memory and corrects previously retained incorrect concepts and facts. www.emedicinlive.net is designed in such a way to help students learn easily. Make use of the resources provided in your aspiration to become the top rank holder.

Fact No: 7 – Patience
Unless you are a top student in the medical college, it is going to take some time before you become fit to score high ranks or even to secure a rank. No ranks or low ranks are expected in the initial stage of your preparation. These are normal and expected but many students get frustrated in this period. Medical science is vast and it takes time to become proficient in it. The most appropriate strategy is slow, steady, regular and consistent preparation.

Fact No: 8 – Focus and concentration.
A person however talented he may be, can't really do multiple things and deliver a quality outcome in everything. If you have decided to get a MBBS position, then it's your first priority and anything that takes your attention away from that goal is likely to affect your preparation. Some people may be lucky enough to not work and do full time preparation. But majority of the test takers work either as house surgeons or as duty medical officers. Regardless of what you do, focus and really concentrate on your prep. As you wake up in the morning, you should be thinking about what your preparation is going to be today. How much can I score in today's daily exams? How can I do better than yesterday?

Fact No: 9 – Believe in higher power.
No higher power is going to come and answer your paper in the exam. But there are all sort of unknown things like luck, intuition etc which no one knows for sure and may help you in the exam. Since the competition is very high, it's better to get everything on our side including the Almighty's blessings.

Fact No: 10 – eMedicineLive.NET can help you.
eMedicineLive is designed to help optimize your preparation and assess you every single day RELATIVE to other test takers around the country. Again it's not about how much you know in medicine rather how well you can answer the question COMPARED to OTHER TEST TAKERS. The key is not just you but you relative to others. We have provided free daily test series to assess yourselves relative to others. Try them and you will know how you will perform in the actual exam. As long as you follow clear principles and consistently work towards your goals, success should be at your doorstep. All the best. -
